going to destin-gas shortage?

My sister has a condo near Destin. She is supposed to go there next week, but she is worried about the southeast gas shortage. I called AAA,but they were no help. Does anyone know how to find out about the gas situation in Nashville, Birmingham, and Florida? She doesn't want to get stranded with 2 dogs in the car trying to find gas. Thanks.

I have heard that Nashville is back to 70% stations having gas, up from 30% last week. I have family in Birmingham and they have had no problems that I have heard of. From wht I have heard, the worst of it is in Atlanta.

I was in Atlanta a couple of days ago and it's pretty stunning how hard it is to find gas. Please make sure you don't need it for 50 miles or more in each direction if you go through there.

I still have a house in Chattanooga......just got back yesterday. Very little gas, had enough to get out of town and then buy it. I have been buying it in southern Ky and get enough to get back to Ky on the return trip. By the way anybody want to buy a Ford Explorer, I have 4! It seemed like a good idea at the time. Now I'm looking for a small import.
