So Irish Fest is this weekend. I have never been.

Who has gone? Would you recommend it? What kind of food is there? :D

Jesse, I'm rather surprised that the city hasn't sent us Word One about this event or asked for help publicizing it. I'm pretty much clueless.

I notice that Molly Malone's and Pat's Steakhouse are among the listed sponsors, so I assume they'll be represented there, but by and large, I expect it (like most of the big local Oktoberfests) will be more of a social and music event than a "foodie" attraction.

I'll probably check it out. I'm planning a trip to Flabby's on Friday, so Molly Malone's fish and chips would keep my delicious fried food bender going.
