Healthy Hometown Cook-Off at St Matthews Farmer's Market

This Saturday, August 30th, we will have a cook-off as part of the Mayor's Healthy Hometown Movement between 9AM and 10AM. This event is actually a re-match between Matt Jamie of Bourbon Barrel Foods and Mary Wheatley of Cook With Mary. During the last Healthy Hometown Cook-Off, Matt Jamie won by a narrow margin of votes but graciously agreed with Mary to have a re-match regardless of the outcome. Copies of the recipes from the previous cook-off will be available at the market and you can view products from each of these chefs in Mary's booth. We hope to see you all out there.
