Anybody have any recommendations for a nursery in the Louisville area that sells fruit trees?

We've always had excellent luck with Wallitsch. Their # is 454-3553.

As Melissa says, we've had good luck with nursery items from Wallitsch, but were a little less pleased when we had them do some landscaping. Thieneman's nursery near Hurstbourne and Taylorsville Road also has very attractive nursery products, although we haven't been in the market for fruit trees, so I can't testify.

If you are going to plant them yourseld...Lowes or Home Depot are fine....I have planted about 13 trees since 1998 and all are doing fine....Three are fruit trees... :D

Thanks folks, I'll give them a ring. We're in the market for the trees only, no landscaping, so we're safe on that count.
