son needs lawyer

Dear All--

My 22 yr old needs to incorporate a small company , and I am hesitant to send him to the "sharks" that i know. Is there anyone on the board who is , or knows a lawyer for him to call ???I am trying to help from afar, but know that he does need some basic legal counsel.
