It is Widow's Walk across the river in Clarksville. I don't know if it's still in business, but it was at one time a cafe and ice creamery.

No worries mate. I'm an East ender so far out I'm almost in Oldham county. But we are having an indie food eruption out this way and ain't that so cool.
