Chuck Rubens place in the highlands burned. This is a real shame. He's been the source of photography equipment and advice for so many for so long. I hope he can and will reopen.

Bummer! He did a great job of refurbishing my old Vietnam-era Asahi Pentax SLR. Got it working like new ... right before everyone went digital. ;)

While not good it could have been worse. Engine 11 made a great stop on this one. One room of fire in the front, no extension, no exposures, no spread. The fine folks at the Double Natural (Engine 11 & Truck 7) got this one early. Engine 20, Engine 5 and Quad 6 picked up quickly from this one. He should be back in business soon.
