Insight to TWC email

Anyone that's been successful setting up TWC email on a mobile device, please let me in on the secret. Twc tells me to use server:
mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com and
Port 587
I can't make it work.
I'm on iPhone 4

Jay, this is probably not a responsive answer, but I never used my Insightbbs.com Email and I never plan to use my TWC.com email. Gmail works fine for me ... and it's easily set up on iOS devices.

Since I've changed internet providers several times, I decided to never go through the conversion process again. I also use gmail, but the new outlook webmail is quite good.switching is just bug a pain.
