I am taking a liberty here,

Bountiful bread (Westport village) is opening it's doors on December 3rd.

If you go and you see a redheaded good looking guy behind the counter... say hi, that would be my son Dave!

They are talking about giving Panera bread a run for their money!

Let's see.

We'll look for him, Heather! Does he take tips? ;)

Kind of like shooting fish in a barrel, isn't it?

He will not take tips because his hands will be full of sandwich prep!!

And yes, it would be like shooting a fish in a barrel.

They opened today, and the wrap I got was quite tasty. It was the Smokehouse Wrap with roasted beef slices, carmelized onions, blue cheese, and horseradish sauce. The breads all looked delicious also. I predict they'll get a whole lot of business at that location once the word is out.

Just an FYI, it is a two store franchise, the other location being in NY.
