Definitely NOT a B&B, but the Motel 6 chain allows pets in the rooms at their locations.
I really can't imagine a pet friendly B&B anywhere, but then again I'm not a B&B person.

Thanks Dan. I know the downtown marriott residence inn allows pets too, but this person specifically asked me for a B&B.

As far as I know only the Aleksander House in Louisville accepts pets.
