Bardstown Bound celebrates Halloween! Bardstown Road and certain side streets open their doors for some more fun as well as tricks and treats with an evening of shopping, sampling, and saving on our City’s favorite strip, Bardstown Road, is happy to host it’s last event of the year, featuring Haunted boutiques to bars where treats will be served to the public,

Friday, Oct. 26, 2007 from 5 p.m. - ?

Boutiques, bars and eateries on Bardstown Road are excited to welcome everyone once again and present another fun-filled witching hour of a night highlighting the area where they live and work. Being Bardstown Bound is a little reminder of why this is the place to see and be seen and to show your support for such a landmark of a street. Shops North and South of Eastern Parkway open their doors for you and to raise a glass and toast another Bardstown Bound Bubbly Boo Hour.

The cast of Bardstown Bound BooFest will pass out goodies for the kids and the child in all of us on this special scary night! Walk the streets and enjoy some treats…also, some of the local participating restaurants will prepare a special on the menu featuring BBC Beer as the main ingredient!

Friday, October 26, 2007 is the tenth BB and the LAST of the Year! So, Come be Haunted in the Highlands, and be “Bardstown Bound”. This 1-night event will offer 15% discounts and showcase the areas most beloved businesses. Discounts on clothing, art, home furnishings, and appetizers/goodies provided by Avalon, Amazing Grace, Bristol Bar & Grille, Bearno’s in the Highlands, Butterfly Garden, Deli @ Douglass Loop and Le Gallo Rosso Bistro will be featured at the participating boutiques. So shop, taste, drink and enjoy Bardstown Road. The witching hours will be from 5:00p –? Bearno’s Highlands, Bristol Bar & Grille, Avalon, Impellizeri’s, Comedy Caravan, NV Tavern and Deli @ Douglass Loop will host the BBC Bardstown Bound Bubbly Boo Hours to celebrate this Haunted evening and offer drink and food specials, including cold BBC Beers and Live Local entertainment. Also, the gals and guys of this Bardstown Bound event will donate proceeds to benefit the Kentucky Cancer Program/Brown Cancer Center to assist low-income individuals suffering from Breast Cancer.
