It's time to give our carriage house back to the owners. Does anyone have any leads on a rental with the following criteria
-2bdrm or large 1bdrm with space for an office/studying
-DW, central ac, washer/dryer hookups
-cat friendly
-Safe neighborhood, preferable in the Highlands/Clifton/Cresent Springs area
-No large apartment building
-Patio, deck, yard or the like
-additional storage or preferable a garage
