Big Louisville story (in Dayton, OH newspaper)

Was taken back when I visited the Dayton Daily Newspaper website and saw a picture of the YUM center and the headline, "A role model for Dayton?" The article looks at Louisville as the example Dayton could (or should) follow in regards to city-county consolidation.

The article seems to want to paint a positive picture of consolidation's effect on Louisville. Not sure it has the "stuff" to back this want up, though. Interesting, nonetheless, to see Louisville in the news (that's free advertising!) and to see an outside perspective on merger.
Thinks the frosty mug is the low point in American history.
