To those who may be interested, "Idea festival" will be held in the Kentucky National Convention Center September 13th-15th 2007.
Of particular interest would be Chef Homaro Cantu of Moto's in Chicago, let's just say he is a "molecular gastronomy" pioneer. Instead of A LOT of foam's, the restaurant's guests can eat their menus!
He will be appearing on the 13th from 10:30-11:30, and the charge for his session is $25.00!
