Petit Fours

I need to purchase petit fours for a literary tea in my daughter's class. Who makes them locally?

Would Big Threes work instead?

Carmen's Cupcakes might have had some

David,
I bought some several years ago from Plehn's for a shower I was giving. Can't believe with all the wonderful pastry chefs we have on here that someone doesn't make them but I do know, at that time, Plehn's made them.

I'm pretty sure the Fresh Market can make them. I had talked to them once before about doing them for a shower, but went another direction.

Now that you mention it, I've seen them in Plehn's while picking up cream filled long john's. Thank you Carol.

Anytime you're ready. I'd really like a 22oz bottle of Hoptimus.

Thinking about it.....

I know this probably sounds crazy, but what kind of bottle caps are you going to have, printed or plain? I'd really like to add some cool NABC caps to my table.

Plain black for now. Minimum order for printed is 80,640 cases worth or 201.6 months of production.

Dammit!

Guess a signed brewmaster cap will have to do.
