Phil closed down, because...... well......he was Phil.
The gentleman that did all the repairs for him, opened up his own shop similar to Second Step.
It is called King's shoe , and it is in the strip mall behind the McMahon Plaza shopping center, but across the parking lot of Factory card outlet and TJ Maxx Taylorsville, and I forget the cross street.... Browns lane? maybe.
Check it out... I think you will be happy.
