Needed: Responsible young man to escort my daughter.

It would appear that my lovely (24 y.o.) daughter and her lovely (24 y.o.) friend will be visiting Louisville over the St Paddy's Day week/end. I am seeking a responsible young male to escort them hither and thither during their time in The Ville.

Nahhhh....no firearms or swords. I find it far more effective to just make sure my friend "The Turk" is visiting when a young man comes to call. He doesn't say much...just sits at the kitchen table and cracks his knuckles.

.........I think they call it subliminal communication. You just kind of give them "The Dad Look" and in the brief second it takes to accomplish that all the non verbal communication necessary has taken place

Ohhhh...it's not so much a quest as it is a preemptive strike. I figure if I can find her a fine upstanding young man who owns a large boat and comes from a family with a lake cabin and a lot of land to deer hunt on...Then I won't have to worry about her hooking up with some thug that drives a rusted 1982 Buick Regal and doesn't have the proverbial pot to piss in. ..............

Well our son fits most of the bill. He is an Assistant Boy Scout Master, does not smoke or drink, has a job, never misses work and has never been arrested. Unfortunately, he does not drive and I doubt the young ladies would fit on the handlebars of his bicycle.

I know what you mean but they (oh hell if I'm being honest, "we") always fall for the runts of the litter. I think it's that gene in a woman that makes her go for a "fixer-upper". Every man is a potential project!
