Any one used any of the sitters in town? We are thinking about doing a day trip to Chicago in a few weeks and need to find a dog sitter. I don't do all the vaccinations for my dogs so know that most kennels are out and they'd be happier at home anyways. I'd prefer someone that has the insurance and bonding just to be on the up and up.
Should also mention I have giant dogs so need someone that can handle them and isn't intimidated by a big dog, or three. We thought about asking the neighbor, but they'd likely send their kids to check on the dogs and that's just a bad mix.
