This seems like the kind of non-food news that's worth repeating in this non-food section. Dunno if this is news, but I just got the E-release.

For Immediate Release:

Moscow Ballet to Present its Great Russian Nutcracker in Louisville, KY

Moscow Ballet will present its Great Russian Nutcracker performance at
Louisville Palace Theatre on November 25th, 2007 at 3:00 pm. Tickets are
available at the box office: 502-361-3100 or on-line at http://www.nutcracker.com.

Can Make A Difference”, The Louisville Youth Choir, Inc. will sing Christmas
carols prior to the performance in the lobby and an a cappella piece during
the snowflake scene.

presenting the Great Russian Nutcracker and Swan Lake. Cast features
luminaries of Perm, Vaganova, Moscow State Academic Choreographic and Kiev

Robin,

We saw the Moscow Ballet perform the Nutcracker last year in Minneapolis. It was a very good dance performance and one we both recommend seeing. The interpretation was a little...ehhhhh...shall we say different but that did not detract from our overall enjoyment. I'd definately put it in the "Should See" catagory.
