Mount Eden Greenhouse

by Steve P » Mon Jun 14, 2010 8:10 pm

I just got finished touring the garden and it promoted me to write this post. I have plants from two different greenhouses in my garden. Some are from John and Anne Hagan's Mount Eden Greenhouse and some are from another local greenhouse. The difference is amazing. The plants from Mount Eden are healthy and robust. The plants from the other greenhouse in a word -suck-. They are noticeably smaller (even though when I planted them they were bigger) and much less lush. We've had the same luck with our flowers and hanging baskets...Mount Eden plants are healthy and lush, plants from the other greenhouse, not so much. I realize it's getting a little late in the season to be putting in flowers and vegetables but hopefully this time next year more of you will have availed yourself of Mount Edens awesome products. Thanks John and Anne, I appreciate your hard work...it makes gardening SO much more fun.

Mary has gotten a lot of garden and yard stuff from Mount Eden, both direct and at the farmers' markets, and we're sold on 'em.
