Like many of you, I’ve been affected by the poor economy and am taking steps to reduce my cost of living. More specifically, I need to give up my expensive apartment and find a new place to live. I realize that not everyone who might be interested in renting out a room feels comfortable posting on Craigslist, so I need to extend my inquiry. What better place than this forum?

I am responsible, mature, clean and considerate. And I have mad cooking skillz.

All utilites included and cable TV. Nice, very clean 3BR, 2BA home with garage. A bedroom (approx 10 x 12 with closet) and a separate clean, bathroom with all storage cabinets for your full use. Use of one space in the attached garage with garage door opener (great for MOTORCYCLES and or a car ). Quite subdivision and nice, newer house built in 1997 near Bardstown Road and Hurstbourne. Also, have washer and dryer and deck with a gas grill. Pots, pans and dishes bath towels available for use.

I have a small TV in the room with cable if you don't have a TV. Rental time is negotiable. Open to show the house and room anytime. I have a nice, loving cat but prefer no more pets. There is some storage space available in garage and attic if needed (if a lot of storage space is needed the rent may be a little higher).

First Month's rent and $20 to $50 for background check will secure the space for Aug 15 move in.
