Now that I've cleared it with the professionals involved I can post their names and numbers on theses boards-

HVAC work - Danny Dean 502-432-4736
Electricians - Joe Harrod - 502-594-9459
(Joe has a brother Tim that also does all kinds of home repairs and came highly recommended to me after he salvaged a hardwood floor installation that had been previously botched by well advertised floor installer. )

These are my "go to" guys when I need home remodeling or repairs. If they can't they will recommend someone skilled and trustworthy.

Thanks, Carla! It's great to have that resource in this forum.
