Is Insight out all over the city or just in my neck of the woods? I tried calling but they seem to have blocked their number.
What would we do without monopolies?

My Insight is on in my area but my oldest son works the overnight shift as a tech for them and called me this morning and said they were having trouble all over the area all night.

I've had DirecTV for 8...maybe 10 years. I'm TOTALLY happy with them....Problem ? Call Customer Service. I've never failed to be talking to an English speaking human being within a minute. They appreciate their customers as well...In the past two years (at various times) I have received...for free...an upgraded DVR, 6 months of free HD, 12 months of Showtime and a $5.00 a month "customer appreciation" credit on my bill for six straight months. Wouldn't consider for one nano-second going to Insight.
