Is Insight out all over the city or just in my neck of the woods? I tried calling but they seem to have blocked their number.
What would we do without monopolies?

I've had DirecTV for 8...maybe 10 years. I'm TOTALLY happy with them....Problem ? Call Customer Service. I've never failed to be talking to an English speaking human being within a minute. They appreciate their customers as well...In the past two years (at various times) I have received...for free...an upgraded DVR, 6 months of free HD, 12 months of Showtime and a $5.00 a month "customer appreciation" credit on my bill for six straight months. Wouldn't consider for one nano-second going to Insight.
