Dirt needed.

by JustinHammond » Thu Apr 29, 2010 11:39 am

Where is the best place in the St Matthews area to get a truck full of dirt? I am in the process of building a raised flower garden and don't want to buy "fill dirt" in the bags.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but a friend of mine is building a raised vegetable garden in Germantown. She plowed for the dirt and went to some farm in Taylorsville for alpaca manure. If you're interested in that, I can get you more information. I realize that it's not in St. Matthews, but just in case...
