That has to be one of the most ridiculous things I have ever read!

Just curious Robert - How many people in the Louisville Peace Action network do you know personally?

Robert, are you even willing to entertain the idea that protesting can be a good thing? That there might some protesters who are people with real jobs? That most of them do vote, and don't have a criminal record? That some people who live off of the government don't have a choice about it?

Can you open your mind enough to even merely consider those possibilities?

Damn....I don't have a job, didn't vote (in Indiana anyway) and do have a criminal record (but we don't need to go into my childhood). I hate it when your right! Now....where do I go to get paid for protesting today?? Good to see you back on the forum and in form Robert!

Oh sure, let's talk about jobs.... How about if we start with the sad reality that we're turning into our very own Mexico. If things continue along the path we're currently on, Canada will start talking about putting up a fence to keep us out. Maybe we can trade for beads and booze.

Okay. Let's say that "fact" pertains. How many years has Bush been our fearless leader? If a "fact" such as the one you proffer is a thing that's doing us some harm, nationally, shouldn't our fearless leader be doing something about it?

That seems a fairly reasonable fact to me.

you don't get it do you? I'm not denying Clinton didn't veto NAFTA. duh.

It's your invocation of NAFTA in response to the previous post that is a remarkable display of ignorance. stop while your behind.

Robert, you really don't want to go down the free trade and immigration path do you? This is one of those issues where your party tends to get mighty hypocritical.

(Gay sex in airport bathrooms is the other issue, BTW)

If you're against protesting, you're against America itself. This nation was formed in the stew of protest!

I heard there were a good number of pro-Bush demonstrators there too... I suppose they didn't have jobs too?

This idea of trying to suppress the voice of their fellow Citizens through ridicule is so unAmerican I could spit blood in disgust.
