I'm going to try discussing this again with "head honcho." If he doesn't listen, I'll definitely look into filing a complaint with the state.

We had an issue with our company and after threatening to file a complaint with the state everything got cleared up quickly. We received a letter a couple of weeks later saying our agent was pursuing a different career. Our rates were then reviewed and we ended up paying less for better coverage by the same company.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.

WHY not ??? Sounds like you have a valid complaint. Therefore, complain. That is a tax supported agency and you have every right to make use of it.
