Re: CJ littering nabes with unwanted free papers?

So, I'm wondering if the same policy applies for NY Times subscribers that don't get their paper as applies to the CJ subscribers ... no paper, too bad? Wonder if I call them if, by some small chance, they miss throwing their trash in my yard and I complain that I didn't get their advertising circular and want them to deliver one just to me ...

I have been getting the sunday paper only for awhile. I really just want the ads, coupons, etc. Somehow I started receiving the paper "for free" every day. They called to tell me I'd be getting it for the next year. thanks. I'm still not going to buy the paper every day once my "free" subscription is done. I think it's weird they do it for a year. there's got to be a catch.

To command the advertising rates they want, they need to be able to certify a certain number of readers. That's supposed to be *paid* readers, but I suspect that a deal that gives you seven days as long as you're paying for Sunday covers the legal ground.
