I be willing to bet that if you buy organic produce it was the nitrogen source used for fertilizer. Any garden center will have it. It was also the primary nitorgen source used by farmers up untill the onset of petro chemicals now used in commercial agriculture.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
