Kentucky Chrome Revue at Air Devils Inn 12/20

by Joel H » Fri Dec 19, 2008 12:59 pm

I posted this in the off-topic forum, but I'll post it here too...

Hey everyone, trying to get the word out about my good friend Brett Ralph's show tomorrow (12/20) at Air Devils Inn. If you don't know Brett Eugene Ralph, then you should! He is a fantastic friend, a great poet and musician, and one of Louisville's all-time greatest people. Music people from back in the day may remember him as the frontman of arguably Louisville's first and best hardcore band Malignant Growth/Fading Out. Now he's playing his own brand of outlaw country music, and the show tomorrow should be an excellent time. Here's more info:

Come on out to our first show in nearly a year. We've got two new members, lots of new songs, and even a few Xmas surprises. The current line-up includes Chris Reinstatler on drums, Kirk Kiefer on keyboards, Mark "Lupe" Hamilton on lead guitar, Justin Miller on bass, and Jamie Daniel on violin.

The show starts at 10 PM, costs $5, and also includes both Jon Ashley and the Whiskey Bent Valley Boys on the bill.

The Air Devils Inn, one of Louisville's greatest divey bars, is located at 2802 Taylorsville Road, across the street from Bowman Field and right next to Queen of Sheba. Hopefully I'll get to go there before the show!
