The Search for General Tso

by Carla G » Thu Aug 06, 2015 7:14 am

Available on NetFlix.
Pretty interesting little doc about some culinary historians tracking down the history behind the Hunan dish General Tso's Chicken. Interesting background on Chinese culinary tracks into American history.
CAUTION! Do not watch on an empty stomach.

I read about that movie somewhere ... NY Times or maybe "I saw it on the Internet," and I want to watch it, too.
