Just circulated on the Louisville Presbyterian Seminary Email:

Broadway Baptist church on Brownsboro Road will be having a concert tonight at 7pm performed by the Louisville Orchestra. This is a great opportunity to hear some wonderful music from an Orchestra that might not be around much longer if no agreements can be made. The concert is free, though they are asking for a free will donation. Also, the concert is only being advertised word of mouth.

I guess lawyers for the LO would argue that it's actually not the LO, but a group of musicians that used to play for the LO. What a mess.

Regardless, it's always good to support anyone trying to make a living playing classical music in Louisville. It's obviously not an easy road.
