As of this past Monday, Michele Brinke is the new owner of the restaurant in the Goss Avenue Antique Mall. It has been renamed Michele's On Goss. Chef Travis Hall has moved on to another location and will focus on his school nutrition business. Michele will now be working with her new Sous Chef Philip Hess.
Michele says, "I'm very excited about this new venture and chapter in my life. The menus will change somewhat with more focus on our brunch (which is killer) and creating a lighter lunch menu with daily specials, homemade desserts and soups.
"We will have a new website and Facebook page in a couple of days so then our menus will be online. We still have over 3.500 square feet of banquet and meeting space and a outdoor deck area that is being redone to include a chef's herb garden. We will also start up adult cooking classes again in the near future."
