DH and I celebrated our 17th Anniversary with dinner at Seviche on Saturday evening. We had to have the guacamole, because, well we can't go to Seviche and not have the guacamole. It's the best. We each had the Ahi Tuna Chef's special which was beyond excellent. The tuna was - seriously - like butter. Rich and almost creamy. mmmmm
For dessert DH had the lime mousse, the special dessert of the evening and I had the flan which was incredible. It's easy to go wrong on flan, a few degrees this way or that, and it's not perfect. This was perfect. Kudos to the pastry chef for a job very, very well done.
