Thank you Seviche

DH and I celebrated our 17th Anniversary with dinner at Seviche on Saturday evening. We had to have the guacamole, because, well we can't go to Seviche and not have the guacamole. It's the best. We each had the Ahi Tuna Chef's special which was beyond excellent. The tuna was - seriously - like butter. Rich and almost creamy. mmmmm

For dessert DH had the lime mousse, the special dessert of the evening and I had the flan which was incredible. It's easy to go wrong on flan, a few degrees this way or that, and it's not perfect. This was perfect. Kudos to the pastry chef for a job very, very well done.

Well, here I go again tagging on to Leah's open letters to our dining establishments. My mom and I took my wife there on Friday to celebrate her finishing her National Boards portfolio, and everything, from food to drink to service, was impeccable and outstanding. Seviche really is a gem.

What they said - we went last night and sat on the patio. Seviche is always sooooo consistent, both food and service. Love it, love it, love it.

Of all the restaurants I've had the pleasure of working in through the years it's the only one whose food I miss on a daily basis.
