Yeah, Steve! Happy Birthday!!! I miss your spicy beef jerky :-(, but our black mkt exchanges on street corners have been good conversational points when trying to explain why I gave up meat :-). I hope your birthday treats you right!

:shock: Wow, I cannot believe I missed my own birthday on Hotbytes and I owe all of you kind folks an apology. :oops: The fact is I just came upon this thread today when I got on here and searched Beef Jerky.....go figure. I am sorry I don't get on here as much as I used to but I have been focused mostly on raising my family and keeping a full-time job. Please forgive me for being so aloof, for all of you have been so kind to me. 8)
