Something's Happening at Former Danielle's

I was out for a walk along Frankfort Avenue yesterday afternoon and saw signs of painting/renovation in the main dining room. Also, the "Sale or Lease" sign is gone. Anybody know anything?

The servers at the Grape Leaf said that the owner of the Grape Leaf is opening an Mediterranean market and cafe there.
