Blind Pig soft opening

It's going to be GREAT! Slammed tonight, but you can still see the shape of it. Opening to the public for lunch Monday, I think, then lunch and dinner thereafter. More details after the lights out for Earth Hour.

Thanks Robin, we're all very excited...it's been a dream of Joe and Michael for a long time, and when the three of us got together, magic really started to happen.

To correct your post- we are opening for normal business starting TUESDAY, not Monday, and after that our hours will be:

Lunch Mon-Sat 11-3
Dinner Tues-Sat 5-11 weeknights, 5-12 Fri & Sat

We will be open between lunch and dinner, but will offer a limited menu.

We look forward to having many of you as our guests!

Will closing time be 12 or is that the latest food will be served? I was thinking a Gastropub or pub may be open later. I know Cumberland is open to 2am.

My wife & I were there until about 10PM last night. We really enjoyed it. We'll be going back for dinner some time soon. We both really like the ambiance & style of the place. A few Hobgoblins gave me enough of a buzz that I didn't really even care or notice that Kentucky was losing the basketball game. The menu appears to be France meets the south. The appetizers that they passed out were tasty. I love the open kitchen.

The kitchen will be open until 11 on weekdays, 12 on weekends. We have a 4 o'clock license, so late drinks are always an option. In general, we're going to go as late as the crowd dictates. Probably until around 1-2am on weekdays, and until around 2-4 on weekends. Obviously being a new place there will be a little trial and error.
