It's 5 minutes from work and I've driven past it more times than I care to remember; just never put the location and name in one spot. I'll have to try it out.

As long time Jeffersontown residents we have been going to PassTime Fish House for several years. One of our annual Lenten traditions is once a Lent we compare two fish sandwich-based restaurants in the same day. We have been as far as Cunningham's on the River to Mike Linning's in the same day (errands on that day put us in both ends of Jefferson County on the same day, so it fit). After several years we still rate The Irish Rover as the best fish sandwich in town (the excellent beer list helps my decision), with PassTime Fish House sandwich coming in second. With PassTime so much closer to our house we have eaten there more often for lunch or a quick dinner on the way home, but The Rover is still the best and a regular stop on our dining out rotation.
