open table stupid question

by Megan Watts » Tue Mar 23, 2010 5:40 pm

I made reservations for Veranese using Open Table. However, now I need to change the date, but can't find my confirmation or figure out which email address it was sent to! Do I have to change it through opentable or (I know this is the dumbest question ever) can I just do it through the restaurant? It's sad that I haven't eaten out at a nicer restaurant in so long (without a child) I swear my brain has gone to mush.

Megan, there really are no stupid questions. Although I have heard a lot of smart-alecky answers in my day. :)
All you have to do is call the restaurant- there should be no problem at all.

Megan,
If you remember your login to open table it will show you your upcoming reservations automatically when you login. You can click on it to change the reservation.

Too bad I can't remember my login information
Seriously..shouldn't I have a little brain power back by now? I mean..my child is 2 yrs old already. Please don't tell me it's never coming back..

Thanks for the replies though!
