Wow, lots of ways to celebrate THIS day! What's your favorite?

I'm a sucker for either good egg or chicken salad. I had the egg salad the other day at Wild Eggs and it was really really good. I actually ended up making 2 sandwiches out of it since the serving was SO large!
Back home there was a sandwich place I used to work at that made a great egg salad on 12 grain with cream cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. It was like a heart attack on grain bread, but very yummy.

BLT, extra crispy B minus the L and T and with miracle whip on white bread. I know I know, but I grew up on them.

Pastrami, swiss and spicy mustard on rye.

Reuben... just about every Reuben I've had I love.

Philly Cheesesteaks, by Penn Station, Danny Mac or me

Italian Beef sandwiches, or any roast beef sandwich with an au jus.

... I'll stop short of burgers and fried fish because there are too many to name.

Benedictine and Bacon, the way Kathy Cary's crew did them at La Pêche. I really miss that sandwich, and other La Pêche favorites.

I could go for a Bahn Mi Deluxe with a fried egg thrown in for good measure...

My hubby smoked some pork this weekend, so I celebrated with a pulled pork sandwich. Yum!
