zen garden to open tofu shop in the highlands

I had lunch at Zen Garden a few weeks ago. She spoke to me about her plans. I was going to report it but forgot to ask her permission before leaving and thus decided not to.......Whether you're a tofu lover or not (and I am), one can't help but appreciate the contribution this will make to the city's culinary depth.

Lately I've been eating tofu about every other day and I live about 4 blocks from the new location... needless to say, I look very forward to it.

Does that mean that the restaurant with the wonderful roofline is canceled? I'm really disappointed; I love to see innovative buildings. And I refuse to count Leni Reifenstahl-esque Humana building aside as innovative; it just creeps me out.
