Make your own Beer mug

by Ed Vermillion » Fri Mar 19, 2010 6:01 pm

This looks cool:

"Louisville Glassworks is proud to offer Blow your own Beer Mug as the March event of the month. Beer mug "blowers" will work with a team of Glassworks artists to design and blow their very own beer mug. First, choose a color for the foot and handle of your mug.
Next, experience a close-up look at the glassblowing process as you work side-by-side with an artist. Finally, once your mug is completed and picked up (or shipped), enjoy a cold one at home! Then, take full advantage of our BYO Beer Mug Events throughout Louisville and Southern Indiana. Along with your mug, you will receive discounted brews and invitations to special events at participating breweries."

Start: 03/21/2010 12:00 PM
End: 03/21/2010 5:00 PM

Address: 815 West Market Street
Phone: (502) 992-3270

Looks like a great present for your beer geek!

What a cool marketing idea!
They should advertise it!

My daughter and I made Christmas ornaments at another glass studio and had a lot of fun. I told her about this and now she wants to make a beer mug as a graduating-from-basic-training present for her older brother.

Hmmm, they have online booking (which I love)....
