If it is the Burn Lounge I am thinking of it is actually an online Music Store (digital download community) where artists with major labels or independent can put up their music for sale. It is fan driven plus it also is a social network. It started a few years ago and spread by word of mouth basically by independent promoters/ band managers and then just exploded. I think it has extended to movies as well. Hope that helps.
