The C-J reports that a tenant, "a rhythm and blues bar," Cafe Envy signed a lease to occupy 4,000 sq ft on the ground floor of the Guthrie Coke Building. It is scheduled to open in April, according to the article. Anybody know more about this? April sounds awfully soon.
If I recall correctly, it is owned by the same people who have the JazzyBlu club in Glassworks. I read about this in this week's Business First article about Bill Weyland and his latest projects.
