New Produce Warehouse in Hikes Point?

In the shopping center on Taylorsville Rd, past Hunsinger Lane (the one with TJMaxx) there is a big sign for a new produce warehouse?

Anyone have any details? It's not yet open.

Am I missing something? The link seems to go only to a map and lot info.
