Last night my husband and I went to Seviche and were seated outside, which was okay with us. About 10 minutes after getting out there though, it started to downpour. They were pretty packed inside and the patio was full as well. Everyone had to move inside. The entire staff did a WONDERFUL job of accomodating everyone and turned what could have been a total disaster into another fantastic dinner at Seviche!

Kudos to Anthony and his staff! :D

Thanks so much! We were stressing there for a minute. Thank you for being so patient with us. Our awning will be up soon. Yeah! We will no longer have to worry about the rain. I'm sure glad we have some rain though, the land needs it bad. Muchas gracias y buen provecho!

We made a trip there this evening and had appetizers at the bar. It's consistently outstanding.

Ms. Walker, Glad you had an outstanding meal again. I was off yesterday and this is great to hear. Being consistent day in and day out, is the most important part, in this buisness. I'm really proud of my staff, from my manager Jackie, to my Sous Chefs, to my dish guys Tony, Jack, and Chuckie. Of course my front of the house too. Buen provecho y muchas gracias!

I try calamari whenever I see it on a menu, and yours is the best I've had in town. I don't care for mussels in general (my boyfriends choice), but the broth was addictive. Keep up the good work, kudos to your team, and good luck in NYC next month.

Ms. Nicole Walker :)

My husband and I took a visiting friend from Scottsdale to Seviche last night and I introduced myself to the very gracious Anthony Lamas after dinner to express my total delight with the meal. My husband is addicted to the feijoada (which I love as well), and I was wowed by the churrascos de Argentina. A really lovely evening.

Mrs. Devlin, It was nice meeting you and your husband. I'm happy you had a great time. Let me know if you want some chimichurri to go sometime or the recipe. It would be no problem. If I remember right, you were asking about it. Thanks again! Muchas gracias y buen provecho!

Anthony, thank you. Actually, now you mention it, I would love to have some of the chimichurri to go some time. It's nice to know I could do that. And of course I'd love the recipe itself. Beautiful stuff.

OK Anthony, I will take that bait... hook, line & sinker! Hopefully, I can take you up on that offer as well. You know I have a self-proclaimed chimichurri addict in my household. MmmMmmMmm!!!!!

She's a cute one too! Of course, you can. Just let me know, and I can e-mail any recipe, or make any sauce, seviche, side item, etc. to go. Buen provecho y muchas gracias!
