Both coming soon to Veterans Parkway in Clarksville.

That's all the info I have. Anything else floating around out there.

All I've got to say is that it had better NOT be "Stevie P's" or I'm gonna sue their ass off.

Alas it would appear (luckily for THEM) that the place is named Stevi B's Pizza Buffet. Looks to be a pizza "buffet" chain out of Florida...at least that is where they have the most locations. From the looks of their website and the focus of their menu it would appear to be a "kids pizza" joint along the lines of Chuckie Cheese (game room, birthday parties, etc)...Meh.

Nope, it's Stevie (something) burgers and more and I did find out it's local.

Well it'd better not be Stevie "P's". That's an infringement on my trademark and will result in untold hate and discontent. 8)

I was hoping it was your place and I could score a discount burger.

I've been meaning to post this for a while as I get off the Veterans exit every morning. The sign says "Stevie B's Burgers and More." Today there was a large moving truck backed up to the front door...probably furniture/equipment. I'll try to stop over there if I see workers in the afternoon and see when they plan to open.

I could be wrong, but I believe there's a connection with Kansai, also on Veteran's. Great people.

Yes, they are the same owners of the Kansai Restaurants...Steve and Nick. The Stevie B's opened yesterday. They are doing fresh 1/3 and 1/2 lb. burgers with great hand cut fries. Studio Pizza will be opening around the 1st of April.
I will say that they are my customers and if you have not tried Kansai it is a great Japanese Restaurant and I look for the same at Stevie B's Burgers and More as well as Studio Pizza!

I stopped by for a carry out on my way home from work yesterday not realizing that it was their first day open to the general public. First impression, Five Guys Burger and Fries with more than a few menu tweaks. Whereas Five Guys has their strict burger, hot dogs, and fries concept Stevie B's has added Philly Cheesesteaks, Chicken Cheesesteaks, chili dogs, frickled pickles, salads, and onion rings. The fries while still hand cut-style differed from Five Guys in the thickness of the cut...think Steak and Shake meets Five Guys or Penn Station. I'm no fan of Steak and Shake fries but Stevie B's were tasty.

The burger was good. They offer 1/3 lb. and 1/2 lb. with your choice of cheeses. You can add grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, bacon and something else which currently escapes me at an additional cost. After receiving your order you have the option of adding toppings from their toppings bar which is not an extensive as WW Cousin's but was adequate in my opinion.

My one complaint was with their onion rings. I really wanted to order those in lieu of their fries but they want $4.55 per order of onion rings which is more expensive than the burgers, hot dogs, and nearly as much as their cheesesteaks. My thinking was that they must have been served as a huge portion but as I waited for my order I saw what looked to be about one onion's worth of onion rings served in a mostly empty basket. It's a shame because they looked appetizing.

Overall I liked the place and will return, just not for onion rings.

Went in for lunch today, and was not all that impressed. I had high hopes after reading the Tribune article in which the owner said his idea for the toppings bar came from WW Cousins. It wasnt a bad toppings bar, but it didnt have anything you couldnt order on a burger at most fast food burger places. It seems like he tried to cross Five Guys with Cousins, but only went half way with both.

I too could not believe that onion rings were $4.55 and they were definitely not more than a single onion's worth (the guy in front of me ordered them). After the disappointment from the lack of options on the salad bar (it would have been fine had I not read the WW Cousins reference), I decided on the cheese steak. The meat was ok, but I dont think the peppers were cooked with the beef so much as just thrown on at the end. The bun was soggy even though there was no dip, but still tasted ok. The problem that I see is that it cost me $10.26 for a cheese steak, fries, and a drink. Unlike Five Guys, where a small fry is enough for 2-3, there was only enough for one, so it would cost $25-30 for my wife and I and our son. "OK" isnt going to cut it for $30 most with all the other options within a few hundred yards.

I really hope the "Chicago style" pizzeria with the same owner("Studio's" I believe) is going to provide a much better experience, but the article also said the recipe was specifically made from someone in Ohio. Being a Chicago area native, I'll have to keep my expectations in check.

Co-worker went and was not impessed. The staff was yelling and fighting over orders and the food was so so. I think I'll wait a few weeks before giving them a try.
