We approved some signage today. it's going into the space vacated by the PNC branch at 5th and Jefferson. Described as "Panera with Mediterranean flair." Even after questioning, I am a bit unsure about ownership. I think it's a franchise or a very small national chain.

The Summit also has them listed as "coming soon" near Barnes and Noble.

I think they said there were going to be 3 in Louisville.

They had one in Birmingham, AL when I lived there several years ago. I remember it being pretty good. It was pretty popular at The Summit there & always had a good crowd.
