Chili Judge needed Saturday March 6

With Robin's permission I am looking for someone who is available this Saturday evening (March 6) to act as a judge (one of a panel of five) at the Louisville Ski Club chili cook off contest. The location is the American Legion Post in New Albany. The judging is set to begin at 7:00 and we'd need you to arrive by about 6:40 to get oriented. There will be 14 chilis to judge and judging typically takes about 30 minutes.

Send a reply (either on or offline) with a description of who you are, and why you believe you would make a good judge. Are you a past chili cook competitor with wins under your belt, have you judged competitions in the past, or do you have restaurant/culinary experience or training? Those are the types we are typically looking for.

I would love to judge your contest. I've worked in the kitchens of both Saffrons and Volare and also worked in the front of the house of both.
