Just doin'some simple math.

If a slice = 1/4 of a pie and costs $3
but a whole pie is $14 . . .

when does the train traveling east from California pass the train traveling west from New York.?

Or, I'll take four slices, please.

Obviously I'm missing something.

If memory serves from the other night our pizza had 8 very good size slices in it. I haven't seen the size of the individual slices for sale at the restaurant.

Please cut my pizza into 6 pieces - I'm not hungry enough to eat 8.
My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

This place is the real deal. Quality ingredients, really friendly staff, and open until 5am Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!

I was with a vegetarian, so we had a pizza with roasted red peppers and kalamata olives. Delicious! I'll be back to try to made-in-house sausage and meatballs.

For us daytime people, I assume they're also open for lunch? Or do they only open evenings?

Best white pizza we've had since moving from New Jersey.

We were in today and very impressed. Not Original Ray's NYC style but more like Patsy's. Thin crust (made with the same flour Blue Dog uses, Allan said), excellent toppings applied discreetly. Slices ARE huge, bigger than a "personal pan" pizza at Pizza Hut and about 1,000 times better. We had the topping of the day, braised fennel, and Mary had the bright idea of telling them to blend it with their regular garlic spinach. What a deal ... tasty and almost healthy!

Allan definitely has a winner on his hands here, and following right after the recent surge for Joe Davola's, the forum has gone viral on a couple of hot spots lately. Good work!

I concur. Great product. When a pizza joint offers roasted fennel as the topping of the day you know someone is behind it who knows what is good. Affordable too. I was impressed. Will be back.

Very good pizza at a great location run by good people. How could they go wrong? I called in my order and in 20 minutes after having no trouble parking I picked up a hot fresh pie as close to NY pizza as I have had in this city. This place is gold and I will definitely be back. 8)

Tried it over the weekend, and it seems like a very good deal to me. I went with a friend, and we each ordered a "slice" and shared an order of breadsticks. Little did we know that the breadsticks order was going to be about the size of a pizza! Needless to say, we each left with boxes. I, personally, am a fan of pizzas that use a little more sauce, but they definitely put out a good product.

And the breadsticks were smothered in butter. Can't go wrong there.

Almost ate there today. We went to Wick's (which was why were in the area.), but I seriously thought about grabbing a slice. I will try it next time we are in Louisville.

We stopped by yesterday for their standard pie with garlic spinach and italian sausage, and it was by far the best pie I've had in Louisville.

Picked up an order of breadsticks and just a plain ole cheese pizza last night. The order of breadsticks was large. For only four bucks, you can't beat it. Next time, I will order extra sauce as the two little containers of marinara just weren't enough. The pizza was delicious as well.

We ordered delivery Monday night. Sausage, meatballs, spinach, roasted red peppers. I will say I was getting worried when it had been nearly an hour and no pizza. Finally, it arrived. And it was...not stone cold, but on the trailing edge of lukewarm, almost room temperature. So I had one giant slice and then we put it away in the fridge.

But then last night, we heated it up for leftovers, and man! When that pizza is hot, it is the bomb! What a beautiful crust, obviously handmade, nice char. The sausage is amazing, lots of fennel. I was worried that the meatballs would be too big, but to my surprise they had sliced the meatballs into little circles before topping the pizza with them. Great sauce and quality cheese, too. I look forward to next time.
