Our third time there. DH got a salad - uber fresh and varied ingredients. Then he got a slice with sauteed garlic spinach and mushrooms. He pronounced ti the best combo he's tried so far.
I requested the roasted tomatoes on my slice (it was yesterday's special ingredient) and they had juuuuust enough left for me to have them. :) Yummy!

Seriously, I crave Pappalino's once a week. Just what is in the crust anyway?

No, No don't tell me.

I think they and Blue Dog both use King Arthur in industrial-size bags, actually ... at least, Blue Dog did when I wrote a day-in-the-life story about the bakery not long after it opened. Was that ... whoa, 12 years ago?
